It's Still Purchase Season No Matter What the News Says

Last week, the US Census Bureau released data suggesting there was a dip in originations with new home sales at the lowest they've been in more than a year. Down over 19% year-over-year dating back to June 2020.

Additionally, the report showed that sales had dropped nearly 7% from May to June. A dip to the tune of 50,000 less homes during the time of year when the housing industry is typically thriving.

While this may have caused some concern for the Broker community, I'm here to remind you that it's still Purchase Season here at Princeton Wholesale!
