Our Promise To Our Partners

It is our mission to show up every day and improve our mortgage process for our broker partners and their customers. We believe that customer loyalty is earned by providing a consistent, effortless experience and by doing the right thing, every time.

Our success is predicated on yours. In order to support your success, here are our promises to you:

  • We do not solicit customers originated through the broker channel for future business or refinances.

    • We have thick walls between our Wholesale and Retail channels. The two platforms do not share information.


  • If there is channel conflict, we defer to the benefit of the customer and broker.

    • For example, if a loan is originated through a mortgage broker, and the customer subsequently applies through our retail channel platform, we re-direct the consumer back to our broker partner.


  • We minimize channel conflict by operating retail and wholesale in different markets.

    • We have minimal overlap between the markets we operate in.


  • We do not recruit loan officers who work at mortgage brokers.
