Manager, National Wholesale Lending

Josh Teti is a Manager of National Wholesale Lending at Princeton Mortgage. Having 7 years of experience in the mortgage industry, he has developed a foundation of knowledge and experience that has helped him take the next steps in his career.

 

Josh attended Penn State University where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance while playing soccer for all 4 years. After graduating college in 2011, Josh dove right into the mortgage industry by joining Provident Funding in the mortgage Servicing division. He quickly advanced to a leadership role where he oversaw various departments and functions within Servicing. In late 2015, Josh joined Ethos Lending where he managed a team of Closers, experienced time in Underwriting, and helped develop the Retail division.

 

Josh chose to join Princeton to challenge himself with next-level decision making and to help build upon the 100+ years of Princeton Mortgage excellence. He believes in the power of positivity, surrounding himself with good people, and making decisions to better himself and the people around him each day.

 

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Josh is passionate for all things Steel City. He enjoys being active, traveling, and sipping the occasional craft beer. He values family and relationships and is always excited for new experiences.
